Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the www.z-line.lt website (the “Service”) operated by Z-Line (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Payments
Payments (whether using Credit, Debit cards or PayPal) are processed using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase an item from this shop.
When ordering on the online shop “Z-Line”, customer must provide required data: name, last name, address, e-mail address.
Delivery
Each item outside Lithuania is delivered via Lithuanian Post and is expected to reach the customer’s location within 30 days. If it takes more than that, the customer should contact us. The owner will contact the post and discuss available possibilities, which will either be extended shipping time or refund.
Each item is shipped using tracked and insured postage and after it’s been shipped, you will receive a message with the tracking number and website to track it with.
Returns and Guarantee
If You want to return your goods, please contact us within 14 days after receiving them.
Returned goods must meet these requirements:
Item must be shipped in original packaging alongside invoice
Item must not be damaged by a customer or worn by a customer
Item must be shipped via tracked post (keep the tracking number)
If all the requirements are met, your money will be refunded within a week of us receiving your item to the same bank or PayPal account item was purchased in.
All of the postage/customs fees related to returning the item are covered by the customer. A purchased item is Your property and responsibility until it reaches Z-Line, therefore while returning your items make sure it is properly packaged and it will not be damaged during shipping. Returned goods are inspected. Z-Line reserves the right not to refund your money of the items with mechanical damage that has been caused by the customer’s improper care or wear. Any further disagreements are resolved through negotiation.
Before ordering any goods, make sure you are not allergic to precious metals.
